Join us to network with like minded colleagues and friends over drinks and dinner, and stay on for a jam packed evening, commencing with the AGM and the selection of your committee for the coming year.  Following the AGM we welcome Andrew Dunn from Timber Development Association.

The Future Framing Initiative (FFI) is a national, industry wide programme in Australia, led by the Forest & Wood Products Australia (FWPA), that aims to modernise the lightweight timber framing sector.  Its goal is to increase timber's competitiveness against steel and concrete by updating outdated design standards like AS1684, developing new standards for mid-rise construction, and fostering technical expertise and succession planning.  The FFI is working to improve timber framing's efficiency, productivity and sustainability to meet housing demand and environmental goals.

To be held at Box Hill Golf Club on Wednesday 15th October 2025.
